Silent Battle of every Mother

Postpartum: The Silent Storm After Birth

Postpartum: The Silent Storm After Birth

Postpartum is one of the biggest life changes a mother can go through.

Every mother experiences it differently—and no one can truly predict what kind of postpartum journey they will face. Some deal with physical changes, others with emotional or psychological challenges. And sometimes, all three hit at once.

If you’re lucky, you may only face one of these. But what about the mothers who suffer from most—or even all—of them? Can they really cope? How? Why is this something we have to go through after giving life? Is there a way to escape it, or to prepare ourselves for it?

What happens if we can’t get through it?

There are so many questions, and the confusion can be overwhelming.

This blog isn’t written from a textbook. It’s based on my real, raw experience. I’ve lived it, and I’m still living it. I’ve gone through—and continue to go through—all the postpartum changes: physical, emotional, and psychological.

I want to share my story with you—not because I have all the answers, but because I know what it feels like to look for them.

After giving birth to my four little gentlemen, I’ve faced moments of strength, moments of breakdown, and everything in between. If you’re a mother going through the same, or if you’re supporting someone who is, I hope this helps you feel seen, understood, and a little less alone.

“Cuddle by Mommy is here. You and I—together—we’ll overcome the battle of postpartum.
Because we are cuddled stories, connected by motherhood.“
