Lately, I have been thinking a lot about the future.

I am hoping to achieve my second educational milestone. I am hoping for growth in my career. I am hoping that all my hard work today will eventually bear fruit.
But more than my own dreams, I often find myself thinking about my children.
Will they achieve their dreams?
Am I helping them enough?
Am I guiding them in the right direction?
Am I making the right decisions as their mother?
These are the questions that quietly visit me whenever I think about them.
Maybe that is part of being a mother. No matter how old our children are, we continue to worry about them and hope for the best for their future.
My youngest is only two years old, and lately I have become more aware that I am not getting any younger either. It reminds me that time moves quickly, and that I want to make the most of the years I have with my children.
That is one of the reasons why I continue to work hard, learn new things, and pursue goals that once felt impossible.
Recently, I even started this blog.
To be honest, I don’t know where it will lead.
I have tried other ventures before that did not work out the way I hoped. There are moments when I wonder if this will become another failed attempt.
But despite the uncertainty, I keep writing.
Because I enjoy it.
Because it gives me a space to reflect.
Because it reminds me that my story matters too.
More importantly, I hope this blog becomes a place where mothers like me can connect with one another.
Not to impress anyone.
Not to seek sympathy.
But simply to remind each other that we are not alone.
Maybe some of our stories are similar.
Maybe our struggles are different.
But perhaps we can learn from one another, support one another, and grow together.
That has always been the heart behind Cuddle by Mommy.
As I write this, I cannot say that I have everything figured out.
I am still learning.
I am still making mistakes.
I am still carrying questions that do not yet have answers.
But I am also growing.
For the first time in a long time, I am slowly learning how to take care of myself too.
There was a season when I gave so much to everyone else that I forgot about the person I used to be.
Now, little by little, I am trying to find balance.
Not because I love my children less.
But because I want to become the healthiest, strongest, and happiest version of myself for them.

I hope one day my children understand that every step I am taking now is still for our future.
And while the road ahead may still be uncertain, I choose to keep moving forward.
One day at a time.
One lesson at a time.
One small step at a time.
Because growth does not happen all at once.
And maybe that’s okay.
After all, I am still growing.
